It looks like Geronimo has an older version of Woodstox: ./repository/woodstox/wstx-asl/3.2.1/wstx-asl-3.2.1.jar
Versus what my application packaged: ./repository/default/PWR/1255532550665/PWR-1255532550665.war/WEB-INF/lib/woodstox-core-asl-4.0.3.jar I'm not sure if that is the real reason, but the ticket was seeming to indicate it could be a Woodstox problem. Wouldn't the JAR in my lib supercede the one provided by the container?
