that all sounds very nice but is more or less just a summary of what we've written in JIRA. Your
proposal should include an abstract, shortly describing what you are planning to do, followed by a
detailed description of both the problem and your proposed solution to it. Some information about
you, your experiences and your achievements would also be very nice.
