Not currently.
It's possible that keeping the Start page concept is a good idea. I don't
tend to use it, but it might help address some of the problems people have
with rogue URLs being filtered into the root Index page as activation
context.
The term "Index" is very generic (more so than "Start") and it would be
good not to use it as a class name without some qualification.
