I'd say so.  .NET, Ruby and iOS teams are all using Jenkins, just some food
for thought.
Since your on the tapestry list, I can see you value community, and while
TeamCity and Bamboo are great products,
Jenkins is the likely the guy for you!

Good luck and have a glance at John Ferguson Smart's book on Jenkins.
It will open your mind to the possibilities as well as give you an idea of
best practices/essential plugins.
