Hi Nicolas, yes, the PDF Perk includes the current manuscript as PDF, alle updates and the final version of the PDF. I just not sure if I'm allowed to fulfill the Perks right now. I'min the process of checking that with Indiegogo. The worst case is that you get your first PDF when the campaign is over.
