[ANN] JumpStart 6.6.5 get more AJAX

JumpStart 6.6.5 is out, and plenty more examples have been added since the last 
announcement:

        * An "AJAX Filtered Grid" example.
        * More and better AJAX Select examples.
        * Better "Putting It All Together" examples, esp. less use of @Persist.
        * An HTML5 Input Types example.
        * More and better Translator examples.
        * More and better Validator examples.
