How to change the response type

Hi all,
my application is using Struts 1.x and tiles 1.x (not sure in the version)
Question: how to change the response type when response contains
rendered tiles definition?
In my case when I forward from Struts Action to definition name, I
want see popup browser window "Save-Download" instead of viewing the
definition content in browser.
