I just tried to learn tiles today using the quickstart at http://tiles.apache.org/quickstart/index.html.
It's pretty apparent after today that the quickstart is either really old or just plain wrong. I would recommend either removing it or updating it to prevent future interested people from being really discouraged to use the technology because they couldn't get the quickstart working. :) -Mike
