So you can confirm there is nothing to do in app level to manage compilation ? 
No parameter to deal with to change this behavior ?

Hi Iliass,

JSP compilation is controlled by your application server; struts and tiles work 
independently from that.

Perhaps you could have a look at your application server documentation.
For instance
