I have an issue with the wording.
Let's call:
- conditionA code inside the web app
- conditionB application is reloaded
so that the text says:
if (conditionA AND conditionB)
then the issue appears
if (!conditionA AND !conditionB)
then the issue does not appear
that doesn't seem to cover the full problem space.
