For a few months, I had the pleasure of living in Florence, Italy while working remotely for my employer who is based in the America/New_York time zone. To add to the fun, I didn't have Internet access in the flat I was renting, so I had to go to an Internet Café at intervals to sync my email, perform RCS commits, etc. I ended up writing a lot of emails like that. Things like "by the time you read this message I will have done [___] but I haven't actually done it, yet." Since I was living in a country that has a different grammatical case for everything, I figured that the future-past had to be one of them. Alas, such was not the case. (Not that I could have handled learning how to do it in Italian at the time: I was still working on the bare essentials like "My chest makes noise when I breathe" and "are you sure it's viral and not bacterial?"). - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.17 (Darwin) Comment: GPGTools - http://gpgtools.org Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlCYP64ACgkQ9CaO5/Lv0PDzsgCfS8wYpducRmNWO1R+PHA/xeUd cawAniCxoyetC/wY8bOmjSO89KY4Bb1F =ifYA -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@tomcat.apache.org
