Since you didn't use the "-p" switch, all of your timestamps were
probably updated. If you did this while Tomcat was watching the
destination, then Tomcat might have reloaded on you.

Note that using <Context> in your server.xml file is a bad idea. There
are lots of other ways to do it that aren't so problematic.
