That will either cause a thread dump on standard output (or standard error) and therefore be in whatever log file you have configured to capture standard output (or stderr). The default is service-stdout.YEAR-MONTH-DAY.log for stdout and service-stderr.YEAR-MONTH-DAY.log for stderr. The files should be in Tomcat's logs/ directory.
