I haven't added any jars/application and other modifications in tomcat configuration. The downloaded is not corrupted as i tried same download(tomcat 8.0.018) on other systems, server started successfully. so i am not sure its something with particular System.
Let me try to check with tomcat version 8.0.30, will share you results on how it goes.
