You may try here: http://www.apachelounge.com/download/win64/ The Tomcat committers no longer provide binaries for mod_jk (the dev environment was lost). E.g. 1.2.41 was a sources-only release. It is known that apachelounge.com builds mod_jk for their builds of httpd.
