Tomcat port listening as SYSTEM

Hello,

I am new to tomcat using version 7.0.28. I am able to start tomcat
successfully using startup.bat in windows 2008.

But when tried to check the port number using netstat -ab, it is listening
as SYSTEM instead of java.exe.

[System]
  TCP    0.0.0.0:8080          Lap80:0           LISTENING

I need help to fix this issue.
