I recently started using Tomcat 8.0.20 on Windows 10 and it takes more than 1.5-2min to stop. This is much slower than 7.0.55. I thought it's only happening on my system until I saw your mail. :) I can see that you have already shared some thread dumps. Let me collect some data during this slowdown. Wanted to see if it shows the same hotspot or not.
