IncludeOptional conf.d/*.conf ... Does all the loading, from conf.modules.d and conf.dfolders. So don't need to do anything extra. If you just add the LoadModule to the end of httpd.conf it will be in the wrong place. Place it just after Include conf.modules.d/*.conf and see if it works. But its best to use the /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d folder!!
