Tomcat for Apple silicon coming soon?

I'd like to run Tomcat on one of the new Apple products based on the 
Apple Mac silicon ARM64 architecture.

Is a Tomcat release, preferably Tomcat 10.1, for Mac silicon likely in 
the near future?
