Tomcat 11 is a pre-release version of Tomcat. The best version of Tomcat
to use depends upon your needs. I would pick one of the following:
1. If you use javax.servlet and have a Java EE-style webapp, I would use
Tomcat 9.
2. If you use jakarta.servet and hava a Jakarta EE webapp, I would use
Tomcat 10.1.
I would only use Tomcat 11 for experimental purposes.
