I think Mark just confused the dates. According to the official
documentation (https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0.x-eos.html) and Mark
himself
(https://lists.apache.org/thread/71ymfh35x8fnz7pnm6cylmkwsyblto97),
there will be a 9.1.x release before 9.0.x is EOL.
