We have several domains that each have several WAR files deployed. How can misbehaving deployed WAR's be identified and 1. killed off (maybe an issue if they hold onto threads or instance references when undeploy or stop is called) 2. be controlled (ie: throttle/cap a specific domain and/or WAR deployment in CPU consumption).
