You can try to add the host name and ip address (Machine that has Tomcat) on your hosts file. "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" Have you tried to use the hostname instead of the IP Address?? I have a similar issue when I installed a WMWare environment along with Tomcat, ERP Systems and Databases. I hope that this helps.
