Do you have a valid welcome file, or are you specifically trying a file
that you *know* is there? e.g. either
http://<address>/disk/index.jsp
or
http://<address>/disk/foo.html
Directory listing isn't on by default; if you want it, you'll need to make
that change in web.xml.
