Precompiling JSP pages getting "cannot be found: org/apache/tomcat/logging/Logger" error

Pre compiling the JSP pages we get following error 

 

"A class needed by class org.apache.jasper.JspC cannot be found:
org/apache/tomcat/logging/Logger"

 

Which tomcat jar has this class defined?

 

 

Any help?
