What was the "package" you used for your servlet?

Please post those. Given that you can't access your servlet, that
configuration is certainly relevant. Just post the <servlet> and
<servlet-mapping> elements. Please do not post your entire web.xml
and/or server.xml files.

Don't do that. Unset any CLASSPATH environment variables you have.

This is a likely to be a ClassLoader issue caused by your use of the
CLASSPATH environment variable. When are people going to learn that
CLASSPATH variables are not only not necessary, but usually harmful when
used in the context of web applications?!
