I am having the same problem. I have looked here: http://apache.mirror.facebook.com/tomcat/tomcat-6/ and in the lower directories. No mention of the admin pack. Where would it be hiding? Even if I look at 6.0 in the archives, there is no admin app. Has it not been ported over to 6.0?
