Hi,

I am using Tomcat 6.0.18 on java version "1.5.0_09"

Recursive includes with SSI Servlet works without problem but not with SSI
Filter.
Does SSI Filter support recursive includes?

I have the following in WEB-INF/web.xml

    <filter>
        <filter-name>ssi</filter-name>
        <filter-class>
          org.apache.catalina.ssi.SSIFilter
        </filter-class>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>contentType</param-name>
          <param-value>.*</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>debug</param-name>
          <param-value>0</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>expires</param-name>
          <param-value>666</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <init-param>
          <param-name>isVirtualWebappRelative</param-name>
          <param-value>0</param-value>
        </init-param>
    </filter>

    <filter-mapping>
        <filter-name>ssi</filter-name>
        <url-pattern>*</url-pattern>
    </filter-mapping>

Note: I am setting contentType as ".*" just for testing

When I invoke my file, it includes only the first include file and does not
proceed recursivly as in SSI Servlet. I can't use SSI Servlet as it does not
support jsp file.

I appreciate your help.

Regards,
Ahmed
