If you installed Tomcat from the .exe download, it will be listed in Add or Remove Programs under Control Panel. If you installed Tomcat from the .zip download, run "service.bat remove" from Tomcat's bin directory (if you actually installed the service), then just delete the directory you expanded the .zip into.
