I have Apache Tomcat 6.0.18 installed on a server that is not connected to the Internet. When I run the Tomcat Web Application Manager and click the number of Sessions to list them, the page eventually comes back with an error complaining that it can't find "xhtml1-transitional.dtd" at the www.w3.org web site. Is there any way to get the Manager application to work on a closed network?
