Silly question... is Tomcat actually running?

Please post your complete workers.properties, and also the <Connector>
configuration from Tomcat's server.xml.

Did this happen spontaneously, or did you shut down IIS? The timestamps
indicate that the connection failure and the shutdown were unrelated,
but I just wanted to make sure.
