The one you're missing is this: SunJCE, version 1.6: SunJCE Provider (implements RSA, DES, Triple DES, AES, Blowfish, ARCFOUR, RC2, PBE, Diffie-Hellman, HMAC) Do you have jce.jar in your jre/lib directory? If so, how large is it? Where are you located? If it's outside North America, it may not be part of the JRE/JDK that's available to you (silly US export restrictions).
