Yep, that's what it sounds like. I suppose it is better if the
developers themselves put the leaks in. At least then they know exactly
where they are, and they can provide targeted help on this list.
Not to mention the time gain when preparing presentations.
I don't know why they're wasting their time going to conferences when
there are these memory leaks to be fixed. :(
Mark likes to fix them onstage during his presentation.

At least now we know why he wanted to know who's going.
He wants to tip them off in advance, so they're ready for the applause.
