Hi Friends, Issue resolved. Problem is with the apache webserver timeout. Client is using apache webserver to redirect the request to tomcat server, apache server will have default timeout of 5 minutes. So we are getting Internal Server Error. I asked clinet to use direct tomcat servr URL instead of through apache server and the issue resolved. Need to increase the timeout in apache server to make it work. Thanks for all your support.
