Step #1 : use an XML-aware editor, and verify that all the .xml files in the "conf"
directory of Tomcat are correct, XML-wise.
Step #2 : as downloaded from the Tomcat website, Tomcat 6.0 for Windows works "out of the
box". So what did you change ?
