I receive the popup when I start the server. The messaged does not tell me anything else other than: "Program(s) or device(s) requesting attention. Message title: <path>apache-tomcat-6.0.30\bin\tomcat6.exe. ... This problem occurs when a program is not fully compatible with Windows.
