Sorry that I missed the version . . . Spring cold - my first in over 4 years 
:-|.

Yep, the string isn't found in the 6.0 or 7.0 versions of RUNNING.txt. I 
suspect it has something to do with using JVSC and running multiple Tomcat 
services on Windows, but this is just idle speculation since I don't do that.

I'd say a little clean up of RUNNING.txt couldn't hurt, but the 5.5 version of 
Tomcat is rapidly approaching EOL.
