The absolute path to the upload directory is D:\ServerJEE\apache-tomcat-7.0.27\moodledata and the absolute path to the moodle aplication is D:\ServerJEE\apache-tomcat-7.0.27\webapps\moodle, but i dont know how moodle create the download links to the files in the upload directory
