Ok, I had some mess in my settings.xml and it was not downloading the
proper snapshots.

Then the project uploaded by Romain works.

I have applied the changes also to my project and since I have got a
conflict version and I had to change javaee-api to version 6.0-5-SNAPSHOT.

After that I get "Defined default protocol Servlet 3.0 can not be found on
classpath", and this error disappear only if I remove:

<defaultProtocol type="Servlet 3.0" />

I don't know if it's directly related, but by removing the defaultProtocol,
the dataset are not loaded anymore
