I can see the similarities to the second link you sent. However I am not sure 
it relates since this same application shut down cleanly previously when 
running earlier TomEE snapshots with AMQ 5.8. I am not sure if I should also 
post something over on the AMQ list to see if they have any ideas or if this is 
just an issue with the TomEE/AMQ integration related to the version bump and 
should be kept here. The exceptions do not seem to cause any problems apart 
from adding a lot of static to the logs when shutting down so thankfully this 
is more of an annoyance than breaking change for me.
