Solved.

I think the installation (TC) seeks out my JRE, and computed JRE7 location.
But, my environment was pointing at JRE6.

So, I reset my environment to point at JRE7, and re-installed TC7 and
OpenEJB. The exception disappears, and docs reappear. :-)
