Wouldn't you want to have your url be jdbcUrl = jdbc:mysql:// 127.0.0.1:0000/db-name or jdbcUrl = jdbc:mysql://localhost:0000/db-name instead of jdbcUrl = jdbc:mysql://0.0.0.0:0000/db-name ?
