Are your sure that your lookup url is correct?
p.put("java.naming.factory.initial",
"org.apache.openejb.client.RemoteInitialContextFactory");
p.put("java.naming.provider.url", "*http://localhost:8080/tomee/ejb*";);
If you have two instances of TomEE running on the same host have you ensured
that they are configured for running on different ports?
