CDI in LazyRealm.

I found a problem with CDI in LazyRealm.
I was able to inject DataSource into my realm (loaded with LazyRealm) in
1.6.0 and 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT (in March). But I can't make it work in
1.6.1-SNAPSHOT (May) and current 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT.
I was able to work around it by dropping cdi="true" attribute from Realm
tag, and replacing it with old style calls to InitialContext.
