I'm not quite sure if this got resolved already on a legal level, but here is 
my pov up to what I know.

There are 2 different profiles defined in JSR-316 (JavaEE6 umbrella spec):

1.) the full-profile
2.) the web-profile

We pass the web-profile, but we do NOT implement the full full-profile but we 
left out a few ancient pieces which just blow up the footprint and are not used 
anymore. We also let run (and pass) the TCKs for all the additional parts 
(JAX-WS, etc) we ship, but we are not allowed to claim anything for that bundle 
- simply because there is no well defined profile for it.
