Hello! Our technicians who deploy and manage our applications manage about 20 different apps or more. To make it easier for them it was decided that all apps must use a contextName.properties file with the database settings.
Our Tomcat apps simply use the EntityManagerFactory constructor that takes a HashMap to achieve this. Is it possible to make the technicians happy? :-) They are already squinting their eyes when I walk by because I introduced TomEE ;)) No but seriously they are nice guys but they are very busy and stressed in general... So it would be nice to do this for them if I only knew how! cheers
