When I try to deploy a JAX-WS POJO WebService on the webapp ROOT context, I

This error can be reproduced with the pojo-webservice example
(http://ci.apache.org/projects/openejb/examples-generated/pojo-webservice/index.html).
Just set the build finalname to ROOT in the pom.xml.
