1.7.1 JAX-RS Date JSON representation

Hi,

I have a JAX-RS service that returns a java Date object in JSON format. 
With Tomee 1.6.0.2, this was returned in ISO format as a string. With 
1.7.1, I am seeing this now returned as a number.

Any ideas why the change or how to set it up so that I can get it in ISO 
format?
