Ok.

I'm testing my app using tomee-maven pluging

 <plugin>
                <groupId>org.apache.openejb.maven</groupId>
                <artifactId>tomee-maven-plugin</artifactId>
                <version>1.7.1</version>
                <configuration>
                    <tomeeVersion>1.7.2-SNAPSHOT</tomeeVersion>
                    <tomeeClassifier>plus</tomeeClassifier>
                    <tomeeAjpPort>8009</tomeeAjpPort>

If I'm launching with  :
<openejb-jar xmlns="http://openejb.apache.org/xml/ns/openejb-jar-2.2";>

    <enterprise-beans>

In the war/WEB-INF (in an EAR).
