Tomcat-8, java-8 etc

I understand that a version of TomEE which uses tomcat 8 and java 8 is in
the works.  Is there a page somewhere that describes the process for
setting up such an environment?  I only need OpenEJB, OpenJPA and Jax-RS
if that helps.
